I saw a commercial for "Weighted blankets" from Sharper Image. I thought that would help me relax at night and get some sleep. There price was like $250 so I went to amazon. When I saw this I had to get it. The price was great. The box arrived with a hole in it but, luckily it was not damaged. I got the 15 lb. blanket and I am 125 lbs. 5'6". It is a good size for me, alone. It does help me feel more relaxed. My dog is already moving in on it. Not sure how to wash it so I will get a cover for it. This reminds me of the lead vest the Dentist puts on you for X-Rays but, much softer. I will update my results. I may have to get one for my 13 yr. old. He has trouble relaxing at night too. I would get him the same weight.
