The quality of this unit is quite nice and it looks good in the window too. However, this review is all about the MOST important factor in selecting any air conditioner- NOISE LEVEL- and I discuss this fact with actual dB levels on all fan settings. Hope this video helps you with your next A/C and that you gain a better understanding on how to check and select the proper dB level for your comfort zone. REMEMBER, price has a lot to do with a lower dB rating too. This unit meets my dB requirements, even though Friedrich does not list them. Watch the video for my analysis. Energy efficiency only gets 4-stars because I have not gone through a billing cycle for my next electric bill. Will follow up on this later.
