This is for everyone that gave a bad review. You are doing it wrong! These balloons are a godsend but you have to fill them up correctly. 1. You need a large bucket or maybe a kiddie pool to hold the balloons as you fill them. Make sure the bucket is big enough to contain the expanded balloons. 2. Fill the bucket halfway with water. Then submerge the balloons in water as you fill. This allows the balloons to grow but not prematurely fall off the stem due to the weight of the water. This is easier done with a water hose than attaching the balloons to the facet. 3. Once the balloons are at a size to your liking, lift the balloons out of the water and the weight of the water in the balloon will cause them to drop off from the stems. Caveat: Yes some balloons will leak or not fill up all the way, but in a bundle of 30+, you should be able to make 25+ decent size water balloons.
