Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I originally posted a 2 star review for this product, which I realize now was probably a bit harsh. It is no fault of this company that my dogs don't particularly favor the flavor of this product. I have also recently taken to a few reviewer's suggestion of putting a small amount of this in my dogs' water bowl and that seems to be more favorable to them, vs spraying it directly into their mouths. So while my original review wasn't super favorable to this product, literally days after that review was posted I received a free product from Pets Are Kids Too along with a personal note written by Chad, the head of the company. Unfortunately that product (a bottle of pet shampoo) wasn't packaged well and arrived broken and messy (to the fault of Amazon's packaging team, not the Pets Are Kids Too company). I wrote to Chad to let him know what had happened, and he wrote back in less than 5 minutes! He was super apologetic and insisted on sending me another free product (packaged by him personally!). I insisted this wasn't necessary, I was already won over by the fact that his company cared so much about me as a customer that they were willing to bend over backwards to be sure I had an excellent experience with them. This is unheard of these days, needless to say I was super impressed. I have had some upsetting experiences with products that I purchase from Amazon in the past, but this company has proven to be above and beyond most others! As far as the free shampoo product that I received is concerned, I have yet to try it on my pups, but I did use it to wash my own hands...in an attempt to test it's moisture level and I have to say I was quite impressed! It does seem to be very soft and gentle and smells very good. (The shampoo they sent me is their Premium Pet Oatmeal Shampoo with Baking Soda...in case ya'll were wondering). Bottom line, this company cares about you, the consumer....and to me that is an absolute breath of fresh air! I will not hesitate to order from this company in the future!
