Okay, if you read the offer clearly, it states very clearly that this offer is for first time loading or reloading customers! (Its very easy to see that detail in the offer, its not hidden or tucked away, its right there in the description...you just need to read it.) So if you have already loaded or reloaded an Amazon Balance then you will NOT receive the $10 promotional bonus! Some other people are saying they had an issue using the Balance or receiving the Balance...i can only speak for myself and say with certainty that i received my Balance AND $10 Promotional Bonus in a matter of seconds after completing the transaction and had zero issues with using the Balance! Everything went 100% perfectly well and i am a happy customer.
