The description says "MULTIFUNCTION USE", so you can imagine my sinking feeling when we used it as a boat, and it immediately started taking on water, and tipped. It also does not properly hold the wind as a parasail, or hang glider. So disappointing. The tent isn't locomotive, so calling it a "hiking tent" is really misleading. Plan on carrying it, wherever you are going. 14 lbs isn't too weighty, for what you're getting, but I don't recommend lugging it on a 200 mile spiritual walk-about. Other than that, it was a hit on the family camping trip, as it does function as a tent well enough. ... "This tent has a capacity of 5-6 people! "Don't think you can sleep 5-6 people, unless they are Oompa Loompas, or you're utilizing bunk beds to stack bodies. 3 average sized humans, with gear, 2 Tapirs or 8 Opossum will fit (not all at once, please). The top tip, once upright, doesn't flatten back out very well, which would be praise for some other recreational "equipment", but was kind of a pain when trying to pack this tower away. In all, I liked it enough to order another one, and will remember it only works as a tent, rather then being mulitfunctional. Bummer, because it looks like a rocket; definitely won't get you out of the upper atmosphere. Even if it did, re-entry would be incendiary.
