I live in the Caribbean and it can be expensive to buy butter, and difficult to store if power goes out. This was my first can of many more in the future, it tastes great. I will substitute a little oil along with the water when using it in recipes. I find myself adding it to lots of things because it really does enhance the flavor of foods. Sadly it will get used quickly and need reordered as fast.
