I just finished putting the film on our sliding door. I grew tired of unwanted visitors looking in when they came to the door. So I got the film on the glass after two hours of playing with the air bubbles, and it found that it worked perfect during the daylight hours. You can see out perfectly, but no one can see in - at all. They see a mirror image. However, to my great disapointment, during the dark hours anyone outside can see in - really well in fact, and we see absolutely nothing but a mirror image from inside. Even if you put your face up to the glass you cannot see outside whatsoever. Please be aware of this before you order, as we will now have no idea who is knocking on the door if its after dark. I should have used the same Gila Film we had for the last five years, but I thought I'd try the mirror - big mistake. I will probably end up taking this down, but since it took two hours for me to put up, I'll force myself to live with it for awhile.
