These are great flippers. They are soft, so do not rub your feet raw. They also flex well for good movement. One flaw, unfortunately, is that the plastic clasp can fall off when the snap is disengaged. Do not attempt to unsnap in the water or you WILL lose the plastic piece needed for the snap to fasten to the flipper. We lost one on the first use, making one flipper junk.
