I normally don't write reviews but I really wanted to on this product! With my headboard having shelves in it, it was very difficult to get comfy in bed to read, and I read every night so I had enough. This pillow has been absolutely fantastic! It doesn't need much behind it for support to keep upright, and the support for my back is amazing (I had back surgery years ago on my lower back so support is a must). It's also great for playing video games. It's so comfortable that I've fallen asleep on it a few times not meaning to! When I recieved it, there was a small rip in a seam and a button had fallen off, but when I got ahold of them (pretty much instantly thru text) they went above and beyond to make it right sending a new one AND another of the color of my choice. All taken care of the same day I reached out to them, and they even sent out the replacements that day. I haven't had such a wonderful and fast experience with customer service in a long time... Only thing is the button strings for holding the headrest are a little thin, but that's an easy fix with a needle n thread to reinforce it which is working perfectly. I would absolutely buy this again (Christmas is coming up!!) And with the customer service I recieved, this company is on my top of my list for recommendations. If you're an avid/obbssessive reader and video gamer as I am, this is a must have!
