I received this bottle to review with my honest opinion since I've been using Young Living Peace and Calm. I've been using Good Night essential oil for a week now on my son who is almost 3 years old. He has a hard timing calming down at night and falling asleep and then I came cross essential oils and started using Young Livings Peace and calm which has worked wonders. What use to take 2 hours for him to go to sleep now takes 20 mins. I put on his feet about 30 mins before bed. So when I read about Good Night oil I wanted to give it a try to compare the two products. The scent of Good Night is not the same as Peace and Calm but it is pretty close. I notice the oil I harder to get out of the bottle and I have to shake it into my hand to rub onto his feet. However, even though there are some differences the oil works! I do the same routine on my son nightly and he is still going to sleep within 20 mins. I would have never believed essential oils would work for sleep until I tried it myself. It's amazing how well this product works and it's about $9 cheaper than the Young Living brand. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for an oil that helps with relaxation that then helps bring on sleep. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the oil is hard to get out of the bottle and it stays oily on your skin for awhile before it dries and the Young Living brand dries up super fast. You won't be sorry giving this product a try!
