I don't mean to brag, but I'm a genius (but only in regards to solving your sagging wet cover issues.) PUT A KIDDY POOL UNDER THE COVER! It prevents water from pooling on the cover during a rain storm and helps prevent tears in the cover. It also keeps all toys contained under something to prevent holes getting poked in the cover and is great for storing your kids pool. You're welcome.
