It took me a million years to sift through the comments and figure out if this carry on was under 22" with the wheels. Someone said that the blue luggage was around 23" which is above the international standard and that only the gray luggage is below 22". Things might have changed since that review. I'm glad to report that this luggage is at 20.25 (with handle) " x 8" with front NOT fully extended) x 13". Awesome spinners too.
