I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical that these strips would work that well. I was wrong. I used them for 30 minutes and noticed improvement in my tooth color immediately. I kept the time I used them a bit short because I have sensitive teeth and whitening products can increase sensitivity. I've subsequently used the strips 2 more times for 20 minutes each time and got results both times. My wife used them three times for about an hour and got dramatic results. I definitely recommend these to anyone who wants whiter teeth. My only caution is to err on the side of shorter treatments for those with sensitivity. I've been using Sensodyne toothpaste along with the strips and have not had issues, so I'm very pleased. Follow up - I have ordered these multiple times. I'm a repeat customer and am definitely happy with this product. Follow up: We are still using these strips periodically. The whitening effect is better than we get from other brands. I think it's because these adhere well to the teeth. I get sensitivity from other brands, but not with this one, which I really appreciate. I'll continue with this brand for sure.
