The selection process in a surveillance system can be challenging and the priorities vary with each user. My highest priority was CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and in an ever changing technological environment, this seller’s customer support, Betty Huang, exceeded all expectations. All issues were promptly responded to, professionally, courteously and with full transparencies! My next priority was COMPATIBILITY with my current hardware technology (High Def 1080P TV, Samsung Android phone, Windows 10 PC, Tablet and laptop) and this Wireless NVR Kit delivered. Next, HIGH DEFINITION video was a must and the camera’s delivered stunning auto focus day and night high definition resolutions. The system was for residential use, so I wanted WIRELESS eliminating unsightly cables like a bowl of spaghetti at the main station/monitoring location, which in my case was my office, and the wireless and surprisingly compact NVR system delivered. Last, which we all consider, was PRICE. The unit is competitively priced compared to current competition for all that it delivers and my second choice was less than $50 lower and it was hard wired and unknown customer support.
