I wear a size 35-36 size pants, and the Large is a good fit, but you could always go up a size for a looser and more comfortable fit. I've uploaded the updated measurements for the Large size. Update 2021/12/28: I purchased another pair of Large pajama pants and have included the updated measurements. Caution: Although it is recommended to machine wash in cold water, I washed in hot water, and the length shrunk 2.5 inches.
