I ordered this for my office chair since I was in need of some lower/middle back support. It arrived quickly and on-time, and was vacuum sealed. After opening it and letting it sit for an hour or so I strapped it on my chair and tried it out. It was very easy to set up and everything was of good quality (including the straps and clips). It is very supportive and the perfect density of foam. It looks nice on my chair and I would absolutely love it if only it were not as thick. I find it to be too thick for my situation but that is not to say that it wouldn't work for me on a different chair. I'm bummed that it doesn't meet my needs since it is exactly what I had in mind (just a little too thick...about 2 1/2 inches where my lower back rests against it).
