Initial thoughts are this works perfectly for our needs. I haven't had it too long, so long term durability remains to be seen. Our furniture sits outside, under a roof. Not sure how it would work with full time exposure to all elements. However, it looks sturdy, the quality seems outstanding and water resistance is superb in it's limited exposure. I am very happy with the purchase. Good price point.
