I am SO pleased with these earbuds. I've tried 5 different types to finally find everything I want in these Soundliberty 97 buds. As for Sound, I was already happy with the predecessor Soundliberty 79 - yet these have a richer, more natural and appreciable sound quality. Until now, my (sound) preference was a wired set of Klipsch buds, but these sound just as warm and fulfilling to me. Add in great pick up on phone calls for the other end of your line and clear sound for you, these are a solid bet for sound capability. Honestly though, earbuds can have the most amazing sound, but if they're not comfortable - they're coming out as soon as the discomfort is too much to bear. For me, that's the one thing that has eluded me in wireless earbuds - comfort. All would end up becoming uncomfortable after a couple hours of use. These Soundliberty 97 buds are not only comfy in my ears - they form a tight seal that blocks out more outside noise than any other bud I've tried to date. Adding to that is the lack of pressure build-up - other times I've used large tips to force a tight seal, but the creation of back pressure becomes uncomfortable. So with these not having that type of discomfort, and having comfortable, form fitting tips - these have won me over for being simply pleasant to wear... so now I can enjoy the great sound for the long haul. Having been used to the prior 79 model, I'm used to the controls. They're not hard to become used to and become second nature. Functionally and visually I like the look and performance. These connect fast and easy - conveniently remembering last device and connecting to it when opening the case. The indicator light is happily minimal (I've had alternative buds with a larger, brighter light that I covered with electrical tape). Vertical clamshell case is nice and performs like others - both in charge capability and cable connection (I'm glad they opted for a C-port). It is a tad tough to grab the buds out of their deep charging seats, but after getting used to it's not a hinderance. All in all, I haven't found any reason to dislike these earbuds - they sound great, feel great and slip easily into a bag or pocket for when you're on the go.
