WARNING: This sunflower lecithin is great quality, but I want to add a warning. They use multiple tiny silica moisture absorption packets that are small enough to hide in a spoonful of lecithin. I just made a smoothie with a spoonful of lecithin. The packet was not visible on the small spoon. Luckily I got plastic fibers in my mouth during the first few sips and dumped the smoothie out before drinking too much. Seems it would be safer if they used one large packet that couldn't hide in a small spoonful rather than multiple tiny packets. I'd suggest stirring though the container to pick out the packets to avoid eating plastic and silica.
