I have a love for pens of all kinds, especially gel pens. So while I didn’t need another set, I decided to go ahead and get these because it was just a great looking set. Now I may just have to buy another pack for my kids, so I don’t have to share this one! Pros: The ink comes out so smooth! You don’t need to press the pen down, just lightly press it to the paper and it just rolls right out with no streaking or skipping, except for one color. The ink also dries quickly, so there is no smearing either! The pens are labeled, not just with color names, although who doesn’t love a color like optimistic orange? They’re also labeled with an item number, such as the color festive green is also labeled as C018. The refills are also labeled with the C-item numbers so refilling the pens is super easy. The variety. There are 24 (yes, 24!) glitter pens, 12 metallic and 12 neon. This is the largest set of non-standard gel pens colors that I’ve found. The 48 refills. I hate when I have a favorite color and run out, which won’t be an issue with this set for a while. The case that these come in is super sturdy, and holds the pens are snug in place so no falling out or rolling around in the case. Perfect for tossing in a book bag or purse. Cons: While most of the colors worked perfectly, I did have a problem with Outrageous Orange. It does skip and seems somewhat scratchy when trying to use it. I myself rely heavily on reviews when it comes to deciding whether or not I’m going to purchase something, so my reviews are completely honest.
