I use this in a rotation with other proteolytic/systemic enzymes (including Zymessence made by Dr. William Wong, another excellent product) and believe they are super important in the fight against the typical sugar-driven American diet. Years of high grain/sugar ("bad" carbs) diet and antibiotics have caused--for me and many others--a raging fungal/parasite issue. Of course, it is only one small part of a huge lifestyle/diet change, but it was an integral one. Fermented Foods such as raw sauerkraut, atchara and goat kefir have also been amazing in knocking out digestive issues and getting good bacteria into the gut to fight the bad guys. People who believe they can eat as they wish and just eat a highly processed, enzyme-dead product like Activia yogurt for lunch to fix it are being deceived.
