I've been keto for over 3 years. I have all Carolyns other books. they are wonderful, and I recommend them all the time. This came last night. Now, know I own a bakery. I make up my own recipes all the time. I do have a keto line as well as "regular" , and am forever having my customers try a keto cookie or whatever, to be sure they are pleasing to all. Now this book comes along. Game changer!!! Whoopee pies? Tiramisu? RUM CAKE?? I'm thinking i'm going to bake my way through the book....Thank you Carolyn for another winner...YOU ROCK!!!
