I have purchased theee of these, tow king sized and one queen. The first king sized was for my bed. I changed the sheets, my Amazon thick flannel sheets which are also heaven, and made up the bed with this blanket as the top comforter/bedspread. When I layed down on top of it I was in heaven! It was so soft and comfortable. I wanted to sleep on top of it all the time. So I do! I got a second one and I now sleep in between the two blankets. I have not slept in between sheets in months. They are still there, under the blankets, but they do not compare to the velvety softness of this blanket. This is the most wonderful feeling blanket I have ever had the pleasure of laying my body on. I read other people’s reviews and saw some complaints. I have not experienced any issues. It does not shed, it is comfortably thick, no pilling, and I have washed them a dozen times now and they are just like new still. These synthetics hold colors like no other fabrics. I recently bought a expensive leather recliner. I wanted something to keep over the chair to protect it from the dog, her fur and claws, so I bought a queen size to put over the big man sized recliner. It feels great to sit on, stays in place, and gets washed once a week because the dog thinks it’s her chair now, and it also still is like new. No fading or pilling. I HIGHLY recommend these blankets. And, if you ever sleep in between two of them, especially naked, lol, you will never want to sleep in clothes or on regular sheets again. Seriously.
