You simply cannot beat this deal on the bag and hanger combo. Came with a decent set of gloves, wraps, jump rope, as well as a few other little goodies. I fastened 2x4’s against the wall directly into the wall studs. One horizontal and one vertical. This gave me a sturdy platform to attach the bag hanger from.
