I bought this as a female looking for something a little baggier. While cozying up in this sweater I decided to go for a hike with my pup. I was wandering down the trail when I heard some rustling in a tree above me. When I looked up I saw a poor song bird hanging by it's wing from a branch, tied up in some fishing line. I contacted wildlife rescue services, who, due to Covid19 were not out working as normal. They instructed me as to how to safely remove the bird from the tree, or trees in this case as it was strung between several. I got the bird down and the only thing I had to secure it for the trip to the executive rescue director's home was this sweater. I wrapped it up listening to his poor chirps all the way there. The bird was able to make it safely there, though he was bloody and hurt, and is now in Rehabilitation, hopefully soon to return to his forest home. So for those of you looking for a sweater that can save lives, this is it. Disclaimer: It may be spotted in blood though, and is not stain proof. Will need to replace.
