I LOVE this pillow. I have a herniated disc between L4 - L5 and have attempted for a while to sleep with a pillow between my knees, but it got kicked away most nights. This pillow is amazing. The strap really does keep it on my leg so when I roll over it ends up rolling with me and staying in place, or mostly in place. It is much more stable than just regular pillows as well, so it's more supportive. I'm buying another one for my spouse!
