Okay....I'm updating my review. When I got this steamer in November, 2016, I really liked it, as it was simple, light weight to use, and seem to provide just the right amount of steam for doing the job. Then, in July, 2017, after about 35 to 40 uses), it quit working continuously, and started working randomly. My thoughts were, had I used this steamer a lot, I probably would have not minded. I read the other reviews, and I discovered that some other users had a similar problem. At that point, I figured the product had not been made with satisfactory components, to give out so soon. I then posted a 2 star review basically saying this product worked great, for awhile, and then stopped working properly. That same day of posting my 2 star review, I got an email from the shipper, apologizing for the product defect, and then asked if they could ship out a new product that same day, which I didn't even ask for. I figured after using the product for 7 months, it was one-to-be tossed and that I needed to go and buy another brand. I'm changing my review to 5 stars, mainly because this shipper's customer service is just beyond awesome. Lesson learned....perhaps before writing a sloppy review, consider giving the shipper a chance to make the defect right.
