Overall, I am very pleased with this product. To be honest, I was going for the flavor I get from Starbucks,but that didn’t happen. However, it really does give a delicious, smooth, full flavor without any hints of the bitterness experienced with other brew methods. It was easy to assemble, instructions were clear, and clean up was just a simple rinse. I did feel hesitant about pouring the boiled water into the glass because it looks so delicate, but it worked exactly as designed. I also want to experiment a little more with the size of the grind because I’m using a $10 grinder which does not give a very uniform particle size. But the French press is quite forgiving, I guess, because the coffee wasn’t cloudy or bitter. Great purchase and reasonably priced. I’ve only used it one time but so far I love it!
