I’ve been looking for a product to tighten my skin (without having to resort to anything hardcore, like an injection) and many people recommended using a topical Hyaluronic Acid product (rather than its more popular injection form in Juvaderm) to tighten my skin without too much hassle. I found this particular brand on Amazon, and with the price being as modest as it is, and the reviews being great, I figured I would give it a try. I tried it, and wow! It worked really well. Now, I’m going to be completely honest here, it is not the miracle, 10 years younger product that reviewers would have you think it is. It works GREAT for its price point, percentage of hyaluronic acid, and the fact that it’s an over the counter product. It’s more than worth the price, and the results are great. But it’s not going to revolutionize your face. I put it into the mix of my skincare regimen, and that seems to be making an improvement on my skin, but as with all things, to get perfect skin you have to work at it every day. Anyway, here’s my regimen. Maybe three times a week, I start by exfoliating my face with my TreeActiv Anti Acne & Rosacea Treatment Sulfur Mask Plus Rhassoul, Bentonite Clay Mask with Witch Hazel & Aloe Vera - Refreshing Lemon Scent (1 Jar) (8 Oz). This step deep cleans my pores, evens my skin tone, and really works well on preventing acne breakouts. I then use TreeActiv+ Tea Tree Oil Acne Solution for Advanced Acne Treatment - All Natural Acne Spot Treatment - Blemishes Gone or Your Money Back! (60ml) to spot treat any little pimples that are already living on my face, and it works as an antiseptic, getting rid of any leftover dirt, grime, or other filth that comes from riding the subway every day. After this, I slather on the hyaluronic acid, as this serves the purpose of tightening my skin up. Then I use the NOW glycerine mixed with a little coconut oil as a night cream and I wake up the next morning with extremely hydrated and refreshed looking skin. Bam! I recommend the hyaluronic acid to anyone who’s trying to minimize their pores and tighten up their skin.
