It seems to help my wife
When I found out what K2 does for the process of getting Calcium into the bones, I bought it. My wife has Parkinson's Disease and that almost always comes with osteoporosis. I had been giving her a calcium drink of my own concoction and it includes Calcium, Magnesium and D3, Now, I can add in that all important K2 and hope it helps her more than jsut her daily calcium drink.
