Just started taking this last fall along with my daily vitamins. We recently responded to a free promo and was asked to write a review. I honestly can’t say that I notice any difference with my digestion but I know that good bacteria is important to help fight the bad bacteria. These days with all the viruses going around, I figured it couldn’t hurt. The capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow. A bit on the expensive side but I purchased mine during the Black Friday special directly on their website. I got a great deal and stocked up on a year’s worth.
