Applied it to a new pair of $300 Eddie Bauer Saddleback Chuckas in suede. My fear was that these would discolor the suede. I tested a bit on the heel area. Let it dry and there was no perceptible alteration to the color. I saturated them and they still look great. I have used a different spray in the past and it ruined the tone of the suede. That won't happen with this stuff. I have a feeling you need to re-apply occasionally. ​ After spraying a pair to saturation there is still plenty left. Good stuff and easy to apply.
