I wanted to love it....it did arrive very quickly. Packed well. The 1st thing that you will notice immediately hits you as you open up the box. Shwew!! A super strong chemical odor. I'm not sure what rubber, plastic, chemical concoction is used in making this bag and massager, but it is very overpowering. I'm hoping it lessens with time because it's so strong I cant even lay it on my neck that close to my nose....Secondly, when I plugged in the adapter to an outlet, it's sooooo loose it actually fall out the outlet. I've tried several wall outlets and it's definitely an adapter issue. So loose in fact I'm as little weary of using it....I wanted to see if the thing worked. It does, when it doesnt fall out the outlet. The only thing I dont like about the messaging modes, themselves is, I wish the nodes were closer together. Being a woman I don't have a wide back. So therefore when trying to get the right muscles that run along each side down the length of my spine is not easily going to happen with this massager, if at all. The nodes although work well, are too widely set apart and therefore dig and knead my rib cage on my back and sides. Yeeeeow! That really hurts. Nodes digging and scraping along those ribs...So, I found that I have to almost turn and angle the thing upside down to get proper placement on the muscles along my spine. Too much work...it may be going back UPDATE 4/27 Customer Service took it upon themselves to immediately reach out to me, which I really appreciate. The company showed genuine concern for the issues I experienced with this product. They assured me this was not typical and that I must've unfortunately received a defective unit. They apologized for any inconvenience caused and made sure I was taken care of. I realize these things can happen, of course. I was assured the unit should have no smells and should fit secure in the outlet when plugged in. I was offered reconciliation choices in the form of a replacement unit or full refund immediately. Now that's great customer service. They care about their customers and quickly responded and made things right. For that reason, I am changing my rating from a 2☆☆ rating to a 4☆☆☆☆ rating. Satisfied customer!
