I made the switch to Sports Research Multi Collagen complex because of the results I got from their Biotin supplement. It was one of the best I’ve tried so I thought I would switch from the collagen supplement I had been using to Sports Research brand. I’ve been using it faithfully for a month and a half and I’m very pleased with the results in my skin and hair! My skin is very dewy and looks nourished and hydrated and my hair is noticeably thicker and has grown considerably. I like that this collagen product contains all the 5 types of collagen for maximum effect. I didn’t realize that all are needed to see results. The addition of Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid gives me that much more confidence that I’m taking a very complete product. The price point is very reasonable and I’m quite pleased with how quickly I was able to notice results! Im looking forward to continued use yielding even better results.
