I have tried different brands of Cat's Claw during the past 6 months. This is the best one found. I am 73 years old and on pain medication for numerous herniated disks and a pinched nerve in my neck. This cat's claw has normalized my bowel functions, overriding the constipation caused by pain medication. It has also reduced the need for prednisone by its anti-inflammation properties; inflammation caused by the pinched nerve. It is also beginning to reduce arthritic pain. For many years, I have used cat's claw for my aging pets and it worked wonders. When that pinched nerve began to effect horrible headaches and inflammation of sinuses and salivary glands, I was desperate and decided to use it for myself. So glad to have a natural product that has no adverse side effects.
