UPDATE, originally, I gave this product one (1) star because it malfunctioned shortly after I bought it. I was unable to return it to Amazon because I missed the return timeline by a few days. However, I contacted Food Saver and they tried their best to assist in fixing the issue over the phone. When it was determined it was a malfunctioning machine, they replaced it. The new one works great. That is what I call standing behind your product!
