The ONLY pain cream I use and I’ve tried probably about 20 including prescription pain creams! I have always had back issues and have 4 screws in my lower back/hips that even though are “fixed” still cause me a lot of pain especially when there’s a change in atmosphere like a storm rolling in! I don’t like mentholated creams as I hate getting it on my hands since even though I wash and wash and wash it still doesn’t come off enough for me to change out my contacts and that BURNS! I also use a heating pad regularly and mentholated creams plus heating pads are pretty content productive! I have been using this cream for years now and recommend it whenever I can! It is the only cream that goes deep enough to help my bone pain and rubs in seamlessly without leaving a greasy feel! I’ve also used the roll on version and that seems to make application easy and also helps roll out a little of my tight muscles while applying so it’s a win win! I use this on my back, hips, outer hip (bursitis) and even my hands sometimes to help with arthritis pain! I can’t take many nsaids so I really believe the arnica in it helps with my constant inflammation!
