Sweet holy Jesus this deserves 10 stars! I am the first owner of my home and bought a new Bosch washer and dryer at that point, fifteen years ago. (I mentioned the brand to try and impress you - did it work? No? All right.) I knew how important it is to keep your dryer vent clean to prevent fires and keep everything working properly, but that easily slipped my mind (because I was a 20-something and loved tequila)... UNTIL NOW! I have an old-timey Dyson Animal from the pre-ball pivot design, so don’t worry - this will work on your vacuum. This is important to note because the dust canister on this vacuum is huge. I FILLED THE WHOLE THING. It was so satisfyingly disgusting that I honestly don’t know how close I was to a home fire. This cheap little getup likely got me more time (and faster drying) with my dryer and prevented completely avoidable tragedy. It’s the best $7 I’ve ever spent, and that’s including some really good sandwiches.
