First off, I love cooking with the air fryer and this isn’t a bad unit but I guess I got a bit of a lemon. Have had the unit since 4/28/18 so it hasn’t quite been 2 months. One of the screws on the basket holder has rusted. More bothersome is that the handle no longer locks in place making this a safety hazard which is why I gave it one star. The unit has been used a total of about 10 times so I really am bummed. I went with the good ratings this unit had... having said that, it does work well but is no longer any good to me. PRODUCT UPDATE I have changed my one star review to 4 stars for the following reasons. First off, when I left the original review my return window had closed by almost a month so I figured all was lost. What I should have done was to have contacted the seller. I never had a complaint about the performance of the air fryer as it worked and still does work perfectly. It was in the handle and basket that I had an issue as stated above. So I placed my one star review based on the fact that the product had become hazardous. In about a day, I heard from the seller to verify my address so that they could send me replacements for what was defective. I did in fact verify it and did receive brand new parts and now the fryer is as good as new! Excellent customer service even when I wasn’t looking for it! It’s nice to know there is still good customer service out there! Thank you!
