This is a professional product. Please don’t leave a bad review on this just because you do not know how to use this. Having “professional grade” in the title of the product is a good indicator that you should be cautious. Yes, it’s an acid, it can burn you. Do a patch test. That’s not a joke. I would go ahead and purchase the lower strength one if you’re new to peels. I left this on for one minute my first time. Again, please do a patch test. Some people are saying this doesn’t work because they didn’t peel. Peeling is not necessarily an indication of the “peel” working. Some people peel and some do not. I’m happy with the results I had so far, but I realized this was actually a level 2 peel. I am ordering the level one to use next time. I think the reseller markets this product as a do it at home product without providing much in the way of directions. This is meant for Esthetician’s and Medical Esthetician’s, though, do they would already have the prior knowledge to perform the peel. Unfortunately it’s not a buffered exfoliant like the ones you buy from the Ordinary.
