Fantastic device! I see some of the low stars here are due to lack of availability of the device at launch. Which I understand is frustrating, but if we are actually rating the PHONE, I would give it 5 stars. Fast and responsive, it's a joy to have the heavy customization options of Android + keyboard shortcuts, and it feels great to type and browse on. Quick add: the camera has been another surprise, well over the quality of my previous iPhone and very usable for a phone based camera. Audio from the headphone jack is average at best, but playing out of an amped device or out of the USB port sounds fantastic. Have not tested Bluetooth audio yet. This phone is built like a tank and comfortable to hold. One of the best aspects IMO is simply the style, with every other phone being a slab of glass, it's nice to see a phone that has some style to it with the soft touch black, the metal sides and top, and glossy keyboard struts. It really is stunning. Well done Blackberry and TCL!
