In the natural hair community we're told ingredients such as those in this product are bad for our hair. Yet people like me grew up with our Mothers and Aunts using it in our hair daily with no problems. I decided to give this old school product a try again after my other natural hair products and oils were not relieving my dry itchy scalp. This and Sulphur 8 have helped my scalp so much. Conditions my scalp and keeps the dandruff away. And the smell reminds me of my childhood! Not too strong at all.
