The markers did not work as expected on the board we bought. We bought a chalkboard that claimed to be "100% non porous," but when we attempted to erase a drawing that had been on the board for a month, it took me an hour of scrubbing with a dish scrubbie to get it off! Even worse, a ghosted image of the drawing still remains. The markers wipe off easier when erasing writing after 10 minutes, but they still leave a ghosted image. DEFINITELY TEST THESE BEFORE LEAVING MARKINGS ON YOUR BOARD FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME. So why the 5 star review? When I notified Cedar Group LLC of the issue, they responded the very same day and refunded our purchase without requiring that we go through the hassle of sending the markers back. They did this even though the problem more than likely has to do with the board we bought. We will continue to use the markers on other surfaces and, if they perform as expected, we'd be happy to purchase from Cedar Group LLC again knowing that they have excellent customer service and stand by their products.
