After searching for a couple of hours and thanks to the positive reviews on this page, I settled on purchasing this treadmill, and so far I'm glad I did. I didn't want to pay a ton of money for a treadmill, and I didn't want some bulky machine taking up room in my office. This Merax is both just the right price and it doesn't up to much room. So far the machine works really well. I'm now using the 30 minute program that provides a slow 1.0, 2.0, etc. warm-up and moves up to the 5.0 speed, and then slows down, followed by another cycle of those speeds. The timing is perfect to complete my Apple Watch workout activity for each day. I plan to move to program 2 next week to see how that fills. This machine doesn't have lots of bells and whistles, and as far as I know I don't need them. I just know that I need to get a daily workout done because I sit at my computer throughout the day. I tried walking in the evening, but that's sometime difficult because of the weather, or because I'm flat out too tired. Again, thanks to others for reviewing this product. It helped me make a good purchase.
