Olive leaf extract has been used for years in Europe to fight infection and even treat cancers. A friend was in the hospital for 3 days with a severe double kidney infection. She was discharged after 4 days and 13 bags of antibiotics (Bactrim), still with an infection. They had to stop or risk permanent organ damage. She was given a less aggressive oral antibiotic prescription (Cipro) upon her release. A week later, while still on antibiotics, the infection, along with the crippling back & abdominal pain, returned with a vengeance. After a urine culture, her doctor confirmed the infection was still alive and well. They wanted to readmit her. Did my own research and found this product with 20% Oleuropein. 3 days on this product (along with curcumin) and the symptoms of the infection started to ease. Another 3-4 days and the infection was gone. Bonus... her chronically high blood pressure is also down within normal range for the first time in almost 3 years. She ditched her high blood pressure medication. Nearly a month later and her blood pressure is still down where it should be.
