I am 5'8" and 230 lbs. The 5x fit nicely and possibly could have done a 4x but would probably have been too snug around the thighs. Love this bathing suit and have received many compliments! ***Edited, 1 year later: Bathing suit has lasted over a year but the bottoms have stretched out quite a bit. Just ordered different polka dot bottoms to go with my top and its perfect.
