Transforms Digestion But With Plateau Effect
Miraculous stuff, but be patient and aware that the effects may lessen over time. My digestion suddenly changed 4 years ago and I had countless tests with a gastroenterologist's office, including blood work, stool tests, CT scan and MRI. I feared cancer due to my family history of gastro cancers. After tests came out negative, they diagnosed me with IBS, which is a dust bin term for digestive problems that Western Medicine won't acknowledge or address. After starting with Triphala powder in water, it took 2-3 weeks for the full effect, but I noticed subtle changes within a few days. Please don't call this a "laxative", as it's much more than that. It transformed my digestion. There are YouTube videos on the "perfect poop" and you should see them for an education on what to expect. I can't believe that for the last 4 years, I've been fearing the worst about my health and a simple herbal supplement sort of 'fixed' me. And for such cheap money - the $14.99 package lasts a long time, even with my larger dosage. For those of you who whine about the taste...grow up! For those of you who say it doesn't work, give it more time and increase the dosage within safe parameters. I'm sure a lot of people hate the taste and for that reason find an excuse to give up on this product - such a shame. After the effects of Triphala plateaued at a half teaspoon twice a day, I increased to 3 times a day and that helped. However, the effects have hit a plateau once again. This effect is called 'tolerance' and it happens with every ingestible substance found in nature - you just can't get around it. My digestion is still improved with the Triphala, just not as dramatically as it was early on. I will not increase the dosage this time though, and instead have added homemade kefir and apple cider vinegar to support my health regime.
