UPDATED REVIEW; Original Review; SUPER absorbent. I love these inserts. They are SOFT and stay soft even when line dried. Much more absorbent than cotton/bamboo or microfiber. To use: use regular insert over this hemp one in any diaper you want. Hemp is slow absorbing but will hold more liquid than other inserts. They do take forever to dry. So putting them in the dryer is sometimes necessary. Wool dryer balls can help reduce drying time. Or dry with a dry towel in the dryer. Buy them! You won't be disappointed. UPDATED REVIEW; After cloth diapering for over a year now these are my favorite inserts. These hemp inserts are what make it possible to allow my son zero diaper changes during the night (and he sleeps almost 12 hours a night!). They are so absorbant! My night diaper is a BumGenius pocket diaper with one large BumGenius insert, 2 microfiber inserts and a Thirstiest Hemp on the bottom (furthest from baby’s bottom). If you do this or something similar, even with heavy wetter’s (such as my now 21 month old son) you will very likely make it through the night without having to go the wool route. Good luck!
