I used these to make convenient no mess pre portioned coconut oil hearts for cooking, oil pulling and dog snacks. They worked perfectly. I melted down coconut oil poured them into the molds and let them solidify. I then popped them out, stuck them in a Pyrex and stored them in the fridge. They worked perfectly!! I also made gummy fruit hearts and they also worked out great. I will be ordering more to make larger batches. You get 50+ hearts from a tray.
